Choc Cherry Valentine's Day Donuts
Makes 5 donuts
GF, DF, Vegan, RSF*, Paleo*
*depending on the dark chocolate you use
Ingredients:
2 Naked Paleo Choc Cherry Bars
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup LSA
1/2 block melted dark chocolate, extra cherries and rose petals (for decoration)
Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
Use your hands to mould into round doughnut tins and place in the freezer to set.
Once the donuts have set, decorate them with your choice of goodies. I love using melted dark chocolate, extra cherries and rose petals. You could also use cacao nibs, coconut flakes or goji berries.
